Kingdom Business
Kingdom business is a new model for using business in missions, which is transforming missions through entrepreneurial strategies.
In the past, tentmakers have entered restricted countries under the guise working in the secular community. In contrast to these tentmakers, kingdom entrepreneurs are job makers, starting small to large for-profit businesses. They are business owners, called by God, to do ministry through business.
In Cuba, WorldServe is putting kingdom business to work through farming cooperatives. These cooperatives have had a huge impact on the community, providing locals with meat and vegetables at a greatly reduced rate, first to those involved in the program and then to others in the community.
Our goal is to establish community cooperatives throughout the country of Cuba, ensuring that people in all areas have access to affordable food.
Please pray for the continued success of these farming cooperatives and for the people it will reach with the Gospel.
